The Mexican coriander is a perennial herb from the parsley family that grows in tropical climates. Also known as the Spirit Weed, Saw Leaf Herb or Culantro, this herb isn’t usually eaten fresh and has a stronger flavor than Cilantro. Best used in cooking to bring out the flavors of the food.
