Shipping FAQs
I just made an order, when will I expect it to be ready?
We usually process orders the next day and ship it the day after that. Take note that we are closed on Sundays, so our usual lead time is 2-3 days. Although, rush orders or a preferred delivery schedule can be requested. For areas outside Metro Manila, lead time will be adjusted depending on 3rd party forwarders.
I chose to pickup my order, when can I get it?
Our customer service assistant (CSA) will notify you via e-mail & SMS that your orders are ready for pickup. If you are booking a 3rd party courier, kindly provide the order # provided and your full name for faster dispatch of your orders.
I received a broken/incomplete/damaged items.
All broken/incomplete/damaged items delivered by our in-house delivery team will be shouldered by Shopleaf Plant Stuidio and will be subject for replacement or shop credit. Please take note that we don't issue cash refunds. Please contact us immediately upon the receipt of items.
I have some requests/concerns about my order, who can I contact?
