The Stephania erecta produces very thin, vertical-growing vines with wide, deep green leaves. The vine sprouts from its caudex which easily resembles a bulb, almost like a potato.
Stephanias need very well-draining soil, very bright indirect light or morning sun, and airy, not excessively humid conditions.
This is a pet-friendly plant. Potted in Japanese Akadama substrate.
